The programs are offered in cooperation with area utility vendors and funded by the Department of Community Affairs.
The programs are designed to provide assistance to low-income households and assist them in attaining the skills, knowledge and motivation necessary to achieve self-sufficiency.
Household must not exceed 150% of the current poverty guidelines established by the US Department of Health and Human Services.
Applications are accepted Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. At the following locations:
