About
Committed to Caring
Everyone ages. It is an inherent property of life. As our bodies and minds develop over time, we adapt to these changes by modifying our decisions and actions. The later years of life can be especially challenging, but Elder Services of Okaloosa County is here to help. At Elder Services of Okaloosa County, we listen to the needs of our older citizens in order to understand their limitations and discuss potential solutions. We work with our community members to customize options that will help them lead the lives they want.
Programs & Services
Living and Thriving
Meals On Wheels
Many of our community members at Elder Services of Okaloosa County require some degree of health and well-being monitoring. Our Meals on Wheels program provides complimentary or low cost meal services for people in need. By catering to the needs of the community, we go just one step further to make everyone feel like they’re truly valued members of society at Elder Services of Okaloosa County.
Assisted Living
Throughout the year, we provide our residents with gentle care and fun activities to make sure there’s always something to look forward to. It’s just one of the things that sets our Assisted Living Facilities apart from the rest. We’re passionate about providing opportunities for our residents to make new memories and friends while enjoying our services.
In Home Care and Medication Monitoring
There comes a point in everyone’s life when they may no longer be able to take care of themselves. Nature calls for the families of each individual to take care of them, just as they were cared for when they were young. Unfortunately, careers and other matters of modern life can often make this a difficult task. Elder Services of Okaloosa County provides the support that retirees and their families require, including in home care and medication monitoring services, which we are more than happy to offer.
Temporary Respite Care
Occasionally, there is a need for Temporary Care. Perhaps the caretaker needs to be away and wants a responsible place to leave their loved one where they know they will be fully cared for. Perhaps it's recuperation from surgery or other temporary medical situation.
Our Assisted Living Facilities offer the solution. The cost is $85.00-$125.00 per day depending on the level of care. This amount includes 24 hour care monitoring, three meals per day plus a snack, and peace of mind that your loved one is being watched over while you can not be with them. Use the contact form to request more information.
***We are not a medical facility so if your loved one needs medical care while recovering or during your absence. We can not assist you.***
