No therapeutic diets are available but limited modifications are available for diabetics.
You will be contacted by our Meals on Wheels Coordinator to verify and confirm information supplied. Please take a moment and think about the following items so that we can get the necessary information.

The program is funded by those purchasing the meals. No federal or state monies provide funding for this program. Support is provided through the United Way, the Board of County Commissioners, Destin Harvest, and local groups, organizations and individuals. Dedicated volunteers prepare, package and deliver meals to program participants.
Due to the generous support we receive locally, we have been able to keep the share of the of participant cost at $5.50/hot meal and $6.00/frozen meal. If you have a financial hardship the agency will work with you to assist in reducing the burden.
Bills are mailed monthly for the previous month of service.
Hot meals arrive Monday - Friday between 10:30 am and 1:00 pm.
Frozen meals are delivered every two weeks.
Minimum trial period is two weeks.
If the recipient can not be home at the time of delivery, meals may be left in an ice filled cooler you provide.
Cancellations for meals must be made NO LATER than 1:00 pm the prior day.
Other than emergencies, you will be charged for the meal even if you are not home to receive it.
Limited slots are available for low income recipients.
