Eligibility

Eligibility is determined by an Assessment conducted by the Northwest Florida Area Agency on Aging. Program participants must be a minimum of 60 years of age or older.

 

The Assessment is conducted by NWFLAAA staff over the phone. The potential client, or sponsor, may contact the Area Agency staff at 850-494-7101.
