Crestview Manor is pleased to welcome Kim Riley-Mansfield to the position of Facility Director. Drawing on her background in aging services and her caring nature, Kim will help Crestview Manor not only thrive, but continue to grow to meet the needs of our community's most vulnerable adults.

Meet Crestview Manor's New Facility Director
Kim steps into the role with a clear sense of purpose: to build on the foundation of care that has always defined Crestview Manor while bringing fresh energy and a resident-first perspective to daily life at the facility.
A Lifelong Connection to Niceville
Kim Riley-Mansfield has called the Niceville area home since 1992, when she relocated to the community with her military parents (Air Force). Growing up in a military family helped shape Kim's values of service, dedication, responsibility, and commitment to others. She attended Niceville High School (Go Eagles!) and developed a strong connection to the community she now serves.
Family First
Family has always been an important part of Kim's life. She is married to a military veteran (Air Force) and is the proud mother of two children. Through her daughter's marriage, she has gained a son-in-law (Army), and one of life's greatest blessings has been becoming a grandmother to three grandchildren. Her family continues to be a source of love, purpose, pride, and inspiration.
A Career Devoted to Caring for Others
Kim's professional journey has centered around caring for and serving others. Her experience includes work in the medical field, skilled nursing facilities, and assisted living communities. These experiences have given her a unique understanding of the importance of compassion, dignity, patience, and genuine human connection when caring for others.
Throughout her career, Kim has seen firsthand that patients and residents are more than their medical or housing needs. They are individuals with stories, families, memories, dreams, personalities, and lives that deserve to be honored. She believes that providing quality care means creating an environment where residents feel respected, valued, safe, and truly at home.
Looking Ahead at Crestview Manor
Looking forward to the future, Kim's goal is to enhance the lives of current and incoming residents at Crestview Manor and help create a community where people can continue to live with purpose, dignity, and meaningful connections. She is passionate about finding ways to improve the resident experience, supporting families, and contributing to a positive environment for everyone who walks through the facility's doors.
For Kim, this work is more than a career — it is an opportunity to serve others and make a lasting difference. She is proud of where she has been, grateful for the people who have been part of her journey, and excited about what lies ahead. Her goal is simple but meaningful: to help make the lives of those entrusted to her care better today, tomorrow, and for many years to come.
Stop by and introduce yourself, and see the wonderful transformation that is the new Crestview Manor. We ask that you consider contributing your time and talents in support of caring for those who call CVM their home.
